However, if you wish to cancel your order, please note the following:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
- To request cancellation, please email help@theclair.co with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
- Upon successful cancellation, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.
Note: Clair reserves the right to cancel orders in case of product unavailability, payment failure, or incomplete information.
