Clair, your satisfaction is our priority.

Due to the nature of personal care products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Returns are accepted only if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  2. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or unboxing video proof.
  3. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  4. Once verified, our support team will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process.
