Due to the nature of personal care products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted only if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or unboxing video proof.
- Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Once verified, our support team will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process.
