Order Processing

1. All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
2. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details.
3. During high-volume periods or special promotions, order processing may take slightly longer.

📦 Domestic Shipping (India)

1. We deliver across India through reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, or Delivery.
2. Estimated delivery time:
3. Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
4. Other Regions: 5–8 business days
5. Shipping is free on orders above ₹199.
6. A nominal shipping fee of ₹60 may apply to orders below ₹199.

🌏 International Shipping

1. We currently ship to select international destinations including the EU, Russia, and the Middle East.
2. International delivery timelines vary between 10–15 business days, depending on customs clearance.
3. Shipping rates and applicable duties/taxes will be calculated at checkout.
